industrial; the freelancer should be strong on creativity and
imagination.

You should try posting this in alt.journalism.freelance. I know writers may
lurk in AEU, but this is a usage newsgroup. Usage may assist a writer, but
AEU has nothing to do with the business of writing.

If you actually knew anything about freelancing, you'd have written this
post somewhat differently. Lose the adjective industrial for the noun
industry.
