Does anyone here know the English word for someone who hates or
loathes themself?

Thanks in advance.

Hate to start off like this, but "themself" is not a word. You came up
with it because you were talking about a single person, so you weren't
willing to say "selves".

And as Cece pointed out, in a recent thread, you were unwilling to say
"him" to refer to both sexes.  But it does.  "Himself" would fit your
sentence fine.

I'm sure there is a word, but in case there isn't, how about
suimisonia?  Or automisonia.   What is hatred in Latin?

"themself" is not itself in the OED but is built from singular "them"
with the singular suffix "self".

OED:

   them, pers. pron.

   2. Often used for ‘him or her’, referring to a singular person whose
sex is not stated, or to anybody, nobody, somebody, whoever, etc.
   Cf. THEY 2.

be so proud..as to make them not care how they affront everybody

Does "Often used" mean correctly used?

I like those.

Odium. (I know you knew that, deep down.)

Ipsiodeist? Ipsodist? Self-heinist?

Self-loathing exists, but 'self-loather' shouldn't!

The name for someone who hates or loathes themselves is a "self-
loathing person."

Another term for someone who hates or loathes themselves is a "self-
loathing individual," in addition to the term, "self-loathing
person."
