I have heard something like "Down brise fire". Who can help me to understand
it? Thanks in advance

We need context.
People talking about air force bombers with
gun turrets underneath might say they were to provide
"downwards fire" -- probably not what you want.

You have two English words,"down" and "fire" and another word that is not
English, "brise".
It may be misspelled or a typo, as I see you have a typographical error in
your signature.
Anyway, it is difficult to understand without a complete sentence or
paragraph.
Was the discussion about war or hunting?
