Hi

I just got into Christie's short stories, and I have all of them in
audio expect The Mousetrap. I am assuming it's b/c she requested that
it should remain as stage drama. Perhaps this is why I can't seem to
find it on the internet at all. At the point I am even willing to buy
cd-audio or even video of a recorded stage drama. Does anyone know
where I can get this forbidden mp3/audio or video?

PS: Please don't spoil because I have not read/watch this one.

Try looking for "Three Blind Mice". There is a 1986 cassette edition
that I know of.

Denholm Elliott read it, however it is listed as discontinued by the
publisher,

Christie bound the story and plya up in a lot of tight ropes. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mousetrap, which may explain why
the play isn't available in an audio recording. Note that the
play can't be available excpet on stage until after the play
closes in London's West End, which it hasn't yet after 57 years.

Someone else has mentioned "Three Blind Mice", which apparently
is not quite the same thing.

I performed in a local production of the play in Kansas in 1982;
it's hard to believe it's still in first run in London.

What's with these English writers? Orwell didn't want anyone writing
his biography -- so we only have his letters. She disappeaed so her
1st husband would be accused of killing her -- when she was caught she
pretended that she lost her memory. That explain why her second
husband was sleeping with all those arabs girls in near-east.

I've never been to theater, but right now I am tempted to check out
this stupid story :( Anyone where which theater in Toronto will be
playing?

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mousetrap

"A staging at the Toronto Truck Theatre in Toronto, Ontario, that
opened on 19 August 1977 became Canada's longest running show,
before finally closing on 18 January 2004 after a run of
twenty-six years and over 9,000 performances."

I shouldn't think it will be performed again for a while.

Aren't some of the theatres in London quite small?  If so, I still
odn't know about this one.

Posters should say where they live, and for which
area they are asking questions. I have lived in

Brooklyn, NY 12 years

Count the seats for yourself:

(Doesn't look all that small to me.)
