There is probably no single best way to word statements like
this. The important thing is to be clear.
> Example:
>
> I made three transfers for the amounts of $100, $200, and
> $300, in April, June and July.
You could add "respectively" after "July", and that would clarify
that the $100 belongs to April, the $200 to June, and the $300 to
July. "I made three transfers for the amounts of $100, $200, and
$300, in April, June and July respectively.
> I made a transfer of the amount of $100 in May, and another
> transfer of $200 in June.
>
> In May, I made a transfer for the amount of $100, and in June
> another transfer for the amount of $200.
The above two examples are also very clear and would work equally
well, if not better, than your first sentence. You could also
just make three separate sentences: "I transferred $100 in April.
I transferred $200 in June. I transferred $300 in July."
