What is the noun for dismissive?

dismissiveness?
dismissivity?
dismission?
dismittletude?

He was dismissive.  He treated the problem with dismissividity.

"Disdain".... But without checking any references at all, I'd guess
that "dismissiveness" would win in a general survey.

Not the same meaning.
