Another stupid phrase, snow event instead of snow storm.

From the tv weather.

As good as "with steer by wire, since there is no steering column,
during an accident, the steering wheel, won't be forced into your
safety space.

(And not into your chest either.)

Posters should say where they live, and for which area
they are asking questions. I was born and then lived in
Western Pa.   10 years

Aw, c'mon, mm -- With the Web laying waste to traditional media, the
likes of newspapers and TV news have to differentiate themselves
somehow.  So they adopt a vocabulary with just enough variation from
what's expected as to make the audience feel like insiders.  How else
explain, for example, the prevalence among so many TV newsreaders
(who, you'll notice, have been calling themselves "anchors" for
decades now) of "Eet eez" where normal humans say "It is"?

I do think that "safety  space" is a but much, however.  What ever
happened to "zone of safety"?

Snowed out, at last (so how would you say "no longer snowed in"?)

I was quite happy with "comfort zone"

How about "wellness" for "health."
