>I have lived in this house since 60-th
I don't understand what you mean by 60-th. If you mean 60th, then I ask,
the 60th of what?
But you would say, I have lived in this house since THE 60th.
> OR:
>
> I have been living in this house since 60-th.
Again, you would say, I have been living in this house since THE 60th.
> OR:
> could I say:
>
> I live in this house since 60-th.
No, you cannot word it this way.

In that case:
I have lived in this house since the sixties
or alternately (with questionable grammer)
I have lived in this house since the 60s.
and
I have been living in this house since the sixties.
- or, alternately, with questionable grammer -
I have been living in this house since the 60s.
and the last one still doesn't work.

>(with questionable grammer)
And questionable spelling.
