It's simple, is it not? Even for you.

Book a padded cell.

You're on the road to oblivion. You're naked on a treadmill with a light
bulb up your a.s.

If it's itchy, don't scratch it.

Make a mental note; oh, you're out of paper.
> I am losing weight, but I think I have worms living in my intestines.
Your immediate death would fix that, EVE
> A Storm of Snow.
Not so long back, about a hundred years ago, I was in the lounge room
and the air began to 'feel funny.' I could smell ozone, everything went
quiet, my hair stood on end, bbbbzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZ KER
f.cking BOOM! Lightning hit a telegraph pole on the opposite side of the
road, no more than 10 metres away. It fried the f.cking pole and cracked
it right down the middle, then the pole fell over. The bloke next door
was on the phone. The surge ran up the phone line and burned two holes
in his hand.
