hello there , i have been looking for some online library for ages ,which include contemporary and also classical literature ,poems ,and eassies ,better in a large amount does anyone know such website , i will really appreaciate any efforts! That's why most classical literature exists on the Web only in antiquated public-domain translations. You'll find a few exceptions in the anthology I edited where we provided our own translations of some selections free as a service to educators and students. http://www.wsu.edu/~wldciv/world_civ_reader/ For living in china it's hard to find some contemporary western literature ,especially nowadays ,in order to know what is happening to the literature in western and how they thinking . there are some famous western fictions available in china ,such as <jane love>,<the sorrows of young werther> etc. so ,very inconveinent to buy books through national boundraies. |
