I talked to the Oxford University Press archivist today. The museum is
open 10-4 Monday to Friday. One can visit without the benefit of a tour
but it would be worth having his specialist input, which would mean
arranging in advance.

Is anyone interested?

Yes, very much, depending on date and time.  How many of us are needed
to make up a party?

Me too, please. I'm away 3-8 December (in Iceland: great time of year
for it, Mike!).

Lovely idea but I'm at work all day so sorry I'll have to decline for now.
(I'll keep watching this thread and may be able to persuade the boss to let
me have a day off if a definite date be arranged.)
