Whom is the Flonker?

I need to reconfigure the alias for questions at totally dash official punkt
(perry) com(0) and need to know where the alias map should point.

Certainly not because of eleemosynary concerns, but rather because I
stumbled across something interesting that I should like to submit.  And I
need to be sure that said referenced conduit points correctly into the
Flonker's kapow recepticle.

Don't say it here cuz why compromise it?  Rather please be informing to that
conduit expressed at that great hutup who woo of large bodies of water to be
transversing coitus ukitus.
