I find the question hard to understand. Did you mean "... as true as
it seems"? As it stands, maybe "The fool sees not the same tree that
the wise man sees (another Blake Proverb of Hell)."
Can we ask why you are trying to find proverbs in this way? Are you
looking for the equivalents of Chinese proverbs? If so, it would be
interesting to see how the originals are worded, in translation.

Perhaps you are thinking of Mark Twain's "It ain't what you don't
know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just
ain't so."

Yes, I was looking for this one. But, do we have more proverbs which have
the same meaning as this one.
