Was it a tacit criticism?

I was reading some posting, and I  came across  one posted by jinhyun:
Criticize this piece of writing. He was lemnting the fact that some of
the users here didn't like his writing, and he is not cultured enough.
In any event I decided to check his older post - and I notice that he
is been posting "watersports" . I am curious if he was being
tacitly criticize because of his personal lifestyle, or that he really
needs improvement?

Note to jinhyun, I am not in anyway dehumanizing you. I am just trying
to understand the situation.

Quite the opposite. I was the main critic, and there was nothing
mean-spirited intended, which Jinhyun himself wrote.

I have more than my share of personal kinks, and his are tame in
comparison to some of mine. At one point on the discussion, I even
wished him good luck with his new newsgroup. If anything, it made me
even more positively disposed towards him.

So the answer is "absolutely not". At least on my part.

And yes, he does need improvement and I gave him plenty of helpful
tips. I told
him that his English was very good, but very stilted, and that he
should work on developing a more natural style.

Now you have me curious why you thought that there was some criticism
of his personal interests involved. I didn't sense that in any of the
other posts.
