Looking for a passable adjectival word deriving from the verb,
"solicit," I find "solicitant" and "solicitive."  The latter appears to
be preferred in OED, the latter marked "rare" -- but neither gets many
hits on Googling -- 261K for solicitant and 145 for the other.  OED
doesn't have a citation for "solicitant" after 1881.  I think
"Commercial Third Party Banners" would be the substitution of choice.
