You're right: "nobody" is negative, so we don't put "not" or another
negative such as "never" or "nowhere" in the sentence: "Nobody can do
this". "Nobody can ever do this." "Nobody can see this anywhere."

No, we can't say that. "Anybody" and "anyone" must have positive verbs
if they are the subject.
"Anybody can do this."
But:

I hope you aren't trying to teach yourself English from a book: it
isn't an effective way to learn. It would be much better to find a
teacher if you can; or you could try a recorded course such as Assimil
or Linguaphone.
