Found this in a post in another group:

...Tsnaumais (sic I'm sure :/ )

Now, aside from the missing comma, it displays an erroneous, but
understandable, use of the Latin "sic."  I wonder if anyone thinks
this usage will become common, or acceptable.

Common as dirt.

Complete with an urban-legend etymology that it's an acronym for
Spelling In-Correct.
