Belford is accredited only by the International Accreditation Agency
for Online Universities (IAAOU) and Universal Council for Online
Education Accreditation (UCOEA).  That's not a good sign.

To be sure, though, you should write or email the Admissions Office of
whatever US university that you plan on entering and ask them.  Just
Google the university for the address.  For example, see
http://www.indiana.edu/~iuadmit/international/welcome/ for the address
of Indiana University's Admissions Office for International Students.

Where are you located?

IF you are outside of North America, you should be aware that American
universities normally do not expect international students to have a GED,
which is supposed to be a qualification equivalent to an American
high-school diploma.  (I'm not even sure that it is possible to take the
GED exam outside the US and Canada.)  They will usually look instead for
whatever qualification prepares you for university admission in your home
country, plus an acceptable score on the TOEFL (Test of English as a
Foreign Language) and usually the same exams they require (SAT, etc.) for
American students seeking admission.  Then of course you go through the
particular university's application procedure, with a written or online
application and possibly an interview.

If you are in the USA or Canada, you should be aware that free or low-cost
preparation for the GED exam is available through your local public
schools.

The Wikipedia article on GED might be a good starting point for more
information on that, but, as Tony suggested, what you really want to do is
talk to the admissions offices of some American universities and see if the
GED is even relevant for your circumstances.

The GED. is awarded based upon an applicant's performance on a
seven-hour proctored test administered at an authorized GED testing
center. This test is never given online. Any certificate you might get
from an online school will certainly not be an actual GED certificate.

People who are already in the US can take GED preparation courses, and
usually may take the test itself, at a local community college (a
two-year "junior" college), but I don't know whether you can hope to
get a student visa for the purpose of attending a community college.

What kind of education do you already have? You might not need a GED
for university admission if you have some other kind of recognized
diploma. In any case, I strongly recommend that you write to  the
admissions offices of the universities you're interested in attending.
There's more to university admission than just having some sort of
high school completion certificate, and the requirements vary from one
university to another. You might as well get all the information you
need straight from the source.
