While it was 15/1/04 7:00 am throughout the UK, TOY sprinkled little
black dots on a white screen, and they fell thus:

Which restaurant are we talking about here? At the moment I've no idea
whether
(i) there's no smoke there
(ii) there's no smoking going on there
