Hi,

Are there differences if I say

I want to start my business in here.

and

I want to start my business here.

?  Thanks in advance.

1) seems to be more specific about the location, e.g., you are touring an
office building; in one suite, you tell the agent "I want to ... in here."

2) While in Sillicon Valley, you're telling your buddy "I want to ...
here."

I don't think the first one would ever be used.
