At least 50% of members of each group for the first assignment must be
joined other group(s) for the second assignment.

More A half of members of each group for the first assignment must be joined

"At least 50% of" is fine. Usually there'd be "the members" but
"members" is possible.

"More A half" has to be "More than half".

You can't say "must be joined other". You can say "must join other" or
"must be joined by other", depending on what you mean.

To say 50% is good if the 50/100 is accurate. That is to say it is
definately less than 55% and more than 45%. If you just mean "around half"
then say half, otherwise it gives the impression of a greater accurace than
intended. Let me explain with a joke (If you don't want to let me then don't
read on!):

A visit to an Irish museum:
VISITOR: "Oooo! This dinosaur thing is big! How old is it?"
GUIDE: "It's about 3,500,000 years and 4 months old."
VISITOR: "Oh! SO accurate! How do you know that?"
GUIDE: "Well, er, it was 3,500,000 when I started
this job, and I have worked for the
Belfast museum for about 4 months."
