Glad "that" you're here or Glad you're here?

What is the difference between the two:

I'm glad that you're here.
I'm glad you're here.

Are they interchangeable or do they imply something different?

While it was 23/1/04 5:54 pm throughout the UK, ronit sprinkled little
black dots on a white screen, and they fell thus:
