I have heard something like "Down brise fire". Who can help me to understand
it? Thanks in advance

It doesn't suggest anything to me like that. Maybe someone else will
recognize it, but meanwhile, could you please give a bit of context?
What subject was being discussed?
You mean "brise" like "rise," right? Not like "breeze"? Or "rice"?

Could it have been "Don't breathe fire"?

Maybe <downbreeze fire>? I've never heard the phrase, but can imagine it
designates a fire that's downwind, meaning that the smoke is blowing away from
the speaker.
