Hi

"My outside technical interests are steered on cognition functioning
priciples of human psyche. Especially on psychological aspects of
interpersonal behaviour and  clinical psychology."

Could I translate it better?

Best regards

"Steered" almost certain should be "focused," and the part beginning
"Especially ..." is not a sentence.  Without being familiar with the
subject matter, I have had to guess at the rest.

"My outside technical interests are focused on the principles of cognitive
functioning in the human psyche, especially on the psychological aspects of
interpersonal behaviour and clinical psychology."

Unless one of the specialities really is the psychological aspects of
clinical psychology (which seems kind of unlikely -- are there any
other aspects?) I think, to avoid any confusion, I would write:

"... especially on clinical psychology and the psychological aspects
of interpersonal behaviour"
