There are still some ... one changed my "about 6000°C"  to
"about 6,000C (10,832F)" last week.

And after you went to all that trouble to find a degree symbol.  I
suppose a man in your trade probably has to keep one close to hand.

Ah, well, the Telegraph can still afford them, what with all the extra
copies they've been selling.
