Have any of you heard anyone say they "appreciate of" something?

No.
If you're collecting appreciative oddities, I've twice in the last
few days spotted "any assistance greatfully appreciated". Google
throws up 20,000 hits; the other 130,000 instances of "greatfully"
are presumably just typos or misspellings.

No. It's "I appreciate your help"
OR
"I'm appreciative of your help."

Was it Mrs. Gamp in /Martin Chuzzlewit/?  ("Who deniges of it,
Betsey?" apparently.)

Or one of the folk?

("As me and my companions
Were setting of a snare...")
