From a letter received yesterday (from a travel group supervisor):

"[We] will be implementing a new check-in procedure.... Upon arrival at
[destination] *we will speech each bus* on where and when check-in will
take place."

I doubt it. The folks who work for the travel service are all Americans
(as far as I know) and are not speakers of English as a Second Language.
I'd be surprised if they outsource their letter-writing or -typing.

Sure looks as though some jargon got loose from the corral.  Hope they
wrassle them down before someone gets hurt!

They outsource everything these days.

No, no, no: speaking is _spoke_.

You mean, "Speech[1] the speechification..."
