Dumb vuvuzela

I was amused to see a Canadian complaining about "dumb vuvuzela's".
Either Canadian's haven't learned to play the things, or he is very,
very deaf.

Dumb has meant stupid for a long time now.

What?? All those people in mental hospitals are just angry? This'll
come as something of a surprise to florid schizophrenics, too, they do
get angry from time to time, but that's the least of their problems.

loudly through his hearing aid.
