What you want is a Scrabble(tm) word generator, not an anagram generator.
The anagram generator at
http://www.easypeasy.com/anagrams/
has a "Scrabble" mode which returns only the words made from a set of
letters, not anagrams. Scroll down to the "solve scrabble puzzle" link
The server seemed to be down or overloaded when I tried it; it suggested
trying later.
There's another at
http://www.a2zwordfinder.com/main.html - in the Scrabble Wordfinder put
the word into "Rack" and clear any letters from "Board". Answer below.
