Does anybody know what is the meaning of the expression Jumper weather?
I saw it in a text talking about the weather in an australian town.
Regards,

'jumper' is a Brit/Oz term for a sweater/sweat top/pullover/
cardigan.

'jumper weather' is not pure summer when you only need shorts
and a T-shirt but not as cold as winter when you need wind pants
and a parka.

I rekon it means that you need to wear a jumper or carry a jumper with you.
In other words, it is a cool or cold day.
