Hello all

Can someone tell me what does "Handle people with gloves, but issues
barefisted" means?

Basically, it means that people should be dealt with carefully but
issues should be taken up aggressively.

Usually it is with 'kid gloves' - very soft
leather = very soft treatment, as opposed to
'heavyhanded'.

A fist is a hand clenched to deliver
a punch, a step up from heavyhanded.

bare fists or knuckles indicate a
brawl rather than a boxing match with
gloves and rules.
