I believe choice No. 2 is correct for all questions.
(I am not an English native speaker, though. Wait for other opinions).
I agree with Enrico, I also am not a native speaker but love to learn the
language better.
In the 7th question number 1 and number 2 could be right. It all depends on
if it is present or past tense.
Please tell me if my sentences were right or did I made a mistake also???

I am also not a native speaker. ;)
Well, are there any on the newsgroup?
I'm not sure if "I also am not" is correct. I'd rather write "I am also
not",
as I did above. "did I made" is surely bad. It should be "did I make" there.
Besides, you should write "or I did make", or just "I made", because
this is a compound sentence. And I think "I also made a mistake"
would be a better syntax.

It would be more correct to say "Can we delay shipping the crates for
two more days?" but if you must choose between the two given, I'd say 2
is the better choice

instinctively I would just choose 2.
