Lak industrial group profile:
The history
Lak industrial group manufacturer of industrial and automotive slabs
-specially body slabs - was established in 1361 with goals of
increasing quality and quantity , on time delivery and decreasing
production's prices in order to attracts customers acquiescence.
The group experienced remarkable grown in consequence of its hard
efforts and it's relation with automotive companies such as Saipa
group and Bahman Group.
The lak industrial group production is 2000 tone in 1384 and according
to the programs it will be 2500 tone in 1387.
Now lak industrial group is one of members of "auto parts
manufacturers association" and "mechanical engineers society of
Iran".
Lak industrial group subunit
Now lak industrial group (private joint Co.) manufactures metal
automotive slabs and organized with the following units:
-    design and engineering
-    production planning
-    quality control
-    administrative and commercial
-    manufacture
-    die manufacturing

Manufacturing policies:
Manufacturing policies of the group to reach above goals are as
follows:
-    Manufacture of those kinds of slabs and sets which their execution in
the manufacturing unit follows quality and operational guarantee of the
product.
-    Hardware and software continuous improvement of manufacturing and
staffing and supporting systems of lak
-    Using services of capable industrial unit out of group, about those
slabs or services which their quality control is not possible in lak
industrial group
-    Developing lak industrial sub units so that the variety of products
can guarantee continuous and permanent movement of group and prevent
possible damages due to financial policies
Cooperation fields:
Lak industrial group with 25 years experience in manufacturing
automotive and industrial metal slabs is ready to supply automotive and
motorcycle manufacturing unit needs.
Lak industrial group study, peruse and manufacture these slabs and sets
via its sub units.
Meanwhile this group is ready to begin cooperation with interested
companies to export industrial and automotive slabs and sets.
Standards & certifications:
Lak industrial group executed and utilize quality assurance systems in
order to guarantee its continuous presence in the cycle of
manufacturing automotive and motorcycle slabs. Upon this with the goal
of reaching to the international standards such as total quality
management (T.Q.M) has succeed to obtain ISO/TS 16949 : 2002 and ISO
9001 : 2000 in 1382 from DQS company.
Meanwhile this company is evaluated and edited with automotive
companies regularly.
Quality control:
All operations from the entrance of raw material up to
half-manufactured slabs and assemble of sets is supervised and
controlled by this unit.
The controls included inspection &confirmation of raw material, slabs
and sets for coincidence to the customer's orders. The controls are
based on forms and procedures and done with internal & external lak
facilities such as Sapco, Saipa and Iran vanet and sharif industrial
university.
Limiting and decreasing the faults & improving the quality with
statistical analysis an analyzing it's results is one part of this
unit tasks.
Engineering unit
Engineering unit based on credible standards such as DIN, JASO, JIS,
NES and other relative common and specific standards of automotive and
motorcycle and ...................
It prepares technical science and required documents to manufacture and
control slabs.
Programming unit
Manufacturing planning which is done is based upon approved estimation
of management and announced plans of customers and by using MRP and
OPT.
Industrial slabs
We are able to manufacture all industrial slabs which order by customer
and similar to our manufactured slabs.
