Which of the following is correct? Should it be most or many?

Most of the documents are unsigned.
Many of the documents are unsigned.

Both arre correct English but nthey mean different things:

"Most of the documents" means "a large proportion of the documents" or
"nearly all of the documents" - on the other hand "many of the
documents" simply means "a large number of the documents".
