A doubt on grammer

What is the difference betwwen " You should have completed your work"
and " You should have complete your work" ?

The first is gramatically correct and the second is not.

BTW the word is "grammar".

In the second sentence you should have completed completed.

Be gentle. Be fair. The guy was asking a reasonable question for a
