Homphone of the word KEY is...

Hello!

I'm from Croatia and have been learning English for several years.
I was practising homophones and was surprised not to know a homophone of the
word "key".

Can somebody help me?

You want 'quay' as in Salford Quays, currently visible from the
window, a place where ships tie up.

There is the word "cay." We say we vacationed in the Florida cays
(pronounced KEYS), meaning the islands off the Florida coast. I
understand the coast of Croatia also has many islands.
