am an applicant to that school as a foreign student.

The School of Optics recommends that you wait for your pre-application
to be reviewed before proceeding to Step 2. Qualified applicants will
be provided a voucher for the cost of one WES transcript evaluation.

Now I received an email confirming that my applicantion has passed the
first round. Please tell me , as a qualified applicant, I won't pay
for the transcript evaluation, yes?
