In Spanish we use "desmineralizada" in English would be "demineralized". I
don't think this is what you mean since you have the same verb... It isn't
helpful, is it?...

Not at the same time? How is that done?

Purified? Softened?  Distilled (but that implies heating and
re-condensing).  Filtered by reverse osmosis?

If the water was filtered through those plastic beads to remove the
minerals that make for "hard" water, in English we say it has been
"softened" by a "water softener". Would "enteisent" not translate as
"de-ironed"? I don't think there's an English word that refers to only
iron or only iron and manganese. Mostly we refer to "mineral content".

I understand that "eisen" is German for iron, so "enteisen" must be
something like "deironing". In fact, you'll find a good few web pages
about water deironing treatments. Some sites also use "deferrisation":
that seem to me the equivalent French word.
Others just speak of "iron removal", as in "Iron and Manganese Removal
- Problems Caused by Iron and Manganese in Household Water".
