How do you call a person who graduates in 'Mechanical Engineering Design' ?

Mechanical Engineering Designer maybe. . .

I should have Engineer somewhere but just don't know how to do it

Mechanical Engineer is the usual term. It's assumed
mechanical engineers design machinery.

I'm aware of that but hte whole problem was that I couldn't out something
'simple' like that. . .
Mechanical Design Engineer was the term I needed but thanks for your help
