Seeking foreign EFL publishers

Hello,

I am looking for the names/web sites of any foreign publishers of EFL
teaching materials for some research I'm doing (foreign=not based in an
English-speaking country). Longman, Oxford, Macmillan etc. are easy to
find, but my brief is foreign publishers.

You may run into a stumbling block here. Many foreign publishers
maintain a mailing address in BANA countries in order to promote the
possible illusion that they are NOT foreign publishers (they usually
prefer to call themselves "international publishers," for similar
reasons). I can easily get you a listing of practically all major Greek
ELT publishers double-quick, and I'm sure that the other members of
this group can do the same with other foreign publishers, but you will
have to explain away this apparent inconsistency in your work.
