Yesterday my wife was Googling for web sites about Roman Britain. The
search term Water-Newton (a village near Peterborough) produced a
French site (Encyclopedie Marikavel) so she clicked for a translation.
Get Google to seach for Water-Newton Marikavel and you can do the same
- and discover what the French really think of us.

If she's into the Romano British period, she might like to listen to R4
tomorrow (Friday) at 11.30hrs. First part of 'The Silver Pigs' by
Lindsey Davis, featuring Marcus Didius Falco!
