Hello!  I just wonder what the meaning of the word  ***celebrated***
in the following passage means. Does the word mean something like _to
describe or announce_?

Which - if any - of these sentences please an english-speaking
reader? Or how else would you phrase it? Should it be
"reason" or "reasons"?

I came across to read a conversation on the internet in which a phrase
is referred to - hit and run questioner. Does this mean a person who
ask a question (e.g. in an IRC) then run away (or offline)? Or it
means a person who answer a question then leave (e.g. offline).

My question is about word order that involves focus particles.
According to what I know, unlike 'only', 'even' can associate to the
stressed element on the left:

I see some sentences like the following:
1-  save somebody's clueless butt, once in a blue moon. I told you a
million times not to exaggerate.

I was wondering if the following sentence should take a comma:
When I see stuff like that it disappoints me.
Should it have a comma and read:
When I see stuff like that, it disappoints me.

Should the verb behind 'rather than' a gerund?
For example:
'I would talk to my friends rather than listen to strangers.''
