Can you read that it says below?  It's said it reads as something
else. I can't make it out.

Could anyone please help me understand the meaning of ""delivery or
attempts" in the following sentence:
"GPS will provide another verification of delivery or attempts."
The sentence is mentioned in a description of GPS-enabled vehicles.

Whom Will Obama Choose for Vatican Ambassador?
Whom should President Obama appoint as his ambassador to the Vatican?
Shouldn't that be "who" in both cases?

With this new outbreak of influenza I've heard several newscasters
referring to a global pandemic.
As opposed to a local pandemic I suppose?
Sigh.

Assumption: Less --> not countable; fewer --> countable
Example: Less crime; fewer police.
