I suppose no one had ever told you anything about Gaokao of China, now
I do.
It is the final exam, which mostly shapes all the students' future.

Does anyone have any info on taking TOEFL in Belgrade, Serbia.

they are less than three or four year of age?

Language may be thought of as a map of some "territory".  But it would
be unwarranted to assume that there were not others functions for
language to perform.  Language may also serve as a blueprint (design
tool) for that which does not yet exist.
