Need help with sentence28 Feb 2008 12:37 GMT9
In my final moments here, I'd like to thank all 112,000 employees, all
over the world, for making my time as CEO one that I will *never,
ever,* forget.
Is the use of *never, ever,* hereinabove correct?
Tabloid title: "What a burka!"12 Feb 2008 08:28 GMT2
after the recent statement by the Archbishop of Canterbury
about sharia law, a British tabloid headline read "What a burka".
I feel this title is some kind of pun, possibly relying on a different
word which sounds like "burka", or maybe just begins with a 'b'.
Scubadiving words question10 Feb 2008 00:24 GMT2
In scubadiving terminology, a facility where you store equipment, fill
air tanks... is it Dive Center or Diving Center.
I think it is Dive Center but i am not sure, and more than half Dive
Centers and even products are labeled as Diving Center.
